Job Description
Responsible for supporting the sales team by managing the administrative tasks that allow the team to focus on selling. This includes processing sales orders, handling customer inquiries, maintaining sales records, and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the department
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any major
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales administration, sales support, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet)
- Experience with CRM software and sales databases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
